come on, Melissa...you didn't want to live in the ramshackle remains of that house in The Distant Hours?
Couldn't you almost smell the mildew and see the peeling paint and fading fabrics. I just adore her descriptions.
Well, now I want to sit down and read a book, but I'm off to take a biology test instead. Wish me luck!
